All orders are processed within 2 business days from our US warehouse. Once your order has shipped, a shipment notification including a tracking number will be sent to you by email.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Damages
Dyffernt Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
Do not discard any packaging material or the damaged item — these are required when filing a claim.
