How long will shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 days depending on your location. You'll get tracking as soon as it's on the way.
What's your return policy?
You've got 14 days from delivery to decide. If it's not right for you, we'll arrange the return — no drama, no deep-digging questions.
I haven't received my tracking number yet.
Tracking usually arrives within 24–48 hours of ordering. Check your spam folder — they sometimes get filtered. If it's been longer than 2 days, send us a message with your order number and we'll sort it.

Is it safe for colored or damaged hair?
Yes. The ceramic barrels are infused with keratin, argan oil, and coconut oil — the same ingredients your conditioner has — to protect while you style. Start on the lowest heat setting for colored or fine hair.
Will this work on short hair?
Yes. For shorter hair (chin-length or above), we recommend the smaller 25mm barrel on Style Me Big for better grip and control.
